Privacy: what AviatorGame collects and why
Our approach in short
AviatorGame is a reading site. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run a newsletter and we do not collect your name, phone number or payment details. This page explains the little data that a website still needs to work.
If any of this changes, we will update this page before the change takes effect. The date at the bottom of the page shows the last revision.
What we do not collect
- No user accounts, logins or passwords.
- No newsletter or mailing list.
- No analytics tools that build a profile of your visits.
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no cross-site tracking.
- No forms that ask for your telebirr, CBE Birr or bank details.
Some pages may remember a small display preference in your own browser, such as an open or closed section. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Technical server logs
Like almost every website, our server keeps standard technical logs. A log line records the IP address that made the request, the date and time, and the page that was requested, along with basic browser information sent automatically.
We use these logs only for security and to keep the site running, for example to detect abuse or fix broken pages. They are kept for a limited time and then deleted. We do not sell them, and we do not combine them with other data to identify you.
The "Play" button and the /go/ path
When you press a "Play" button, your browser first passes through an address on our site that starts with /go/. This short redirect sends you on to the partner offer. It adds UTM parameters to the link that identify only the page of our site where you pressed the button.
These parameters tell the partner which of our guides you came from. They contain no name, no contact detail and no account information. Once you reach the partner site, its own privacy notice and terms apply, so read them before you register. A serious operator shows its licence, its terms and its privacy notice clearly.
E-mails you send us
If you write to the desk, we receive your e-mail address and the content of your message. We use them only to read and answer you, and we do not add you to any list. We delete messages when they are no longer needed to handle your question.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. In practice this concerns only e-mails you have sent us and, for a short time, server log lines linked to your IP address. You can also object to any use you disagree with.
To make a request, write to [email protected] and describe what you need. We reply within a few days. We may ask for a detail that helps us find the right message, but we never ask for documents or passwords.
